That's Clemson's record, while Stephens has been there.

I'll give her a chance, but you have to ask yourself:

What the F**k was the committee thinking?

I'm 50. I've never in my life, seen a school/pro team hire someone to be their head coach, coming in with a recent record like that.

Oh, I take it back......maybe that team that plays the Globetrotters makes moves like this.

Wasn't Norv Turner's record pretty crappy before the Chargers hired him?

Yes, Norv's record was crap. But, it's not analagous. Norv had been an NFL head coach at two other places. He got his first gig as a head coach, based on his success with the Cowboys (winning years).

He wasn't an assistant on a LOSING NFL team, that someone up and hired.

And btw....San Diego got tons of criticism for hiring him. Especially when they started out poorly.
