Cooley, I read your comments about the Chris Davis connection on top of the Ronnie Morgan legacy... What do you think the odds are that J'mison ends up with us?
Where else could he realistically even be thinking about going if he wants to stay close to home? Like you said, Baylor and SMU are out... I don't see him going to UT-Arlington, either. Would he go to TCU? Who else would even be on the radar?

The only thing that gives me pause is Cooley's opinion that he would not be suited to a more fast paced team like ours. I mean we're not run-n-gunning it out there, but we're not really a halfcourt team either. Sounds like Morgan would only play about 20 minutes a game in our system

Just read on UCLA's board that he was spotted at Baylor's game or campus. If so, it would be a bigger mistake than signing with UCLA. The main question is whether JJ wants him or has a spot for him. Locally, UNT makes the most sense.
I did go back and edit his AAU coaches. Ervin & Chris Davis are with Dallas Showtyme. Bobo's coach was coach Jazzy with Urban DFW Elite. The guys are still within a tight circle with all the DISD kids. . Rumor has it that Jazzy was getting paid to funnel kids to LSU.
To answer your question, UNT is the perfect fit! It would be hard to feel sorry for him if he chose anyone else. Can't see TCU because the program is down with the Mountain West schedule. UTA is not an option. Could see interest in Tulsa, UH or possibly UTEP.
