I think they're refering to when he was at LSU. Coach Brown didn't have a squeaky clean reputation, and went on probation at least once.

I think that was just a LSU fan saying that Auburn runs a dirty program and not a shot a JJ. He also probably doesn't want to see a LSU family member take over a rival school and turn them into a winner

We run too clean of a program.

Well, going just off the fanbase reaction on several different messageboards/blogs -- the natives would rather have someone other than JJ. Of course that doesn't mean squat.
