Prediction for next season 1 Year, 10 Months ago Karma: 14
I think we'll be good.....maybe better than this year. But that's not the prediction. This is:

Next year, we will see unbelievable improvement in Jacob Holmen. Jacob has all the tools/skills needed. He has just played, at times, very "timidly" this year. He plays like he's a true freshman afraid to make a mistake.

Next year....he will no longer be a freshman. He'll know the ropes. And he'll play much freer than this year....and we'll see his athleticism take off.

That's my hope. If he improves as much as I think he will....he may be the other frontcourt starter.

Just a prediction......

Nice prediction SUMG. My prediction is that Alzee will really take off - maybe even challenging to get in the starting lineup. He's a great defender already, and I think the rest of his game will take off.

I hope you are both right. I think Williams was much the better ball player at the end of the season. I have seen a lot of comments that Holmen time was limited playing behind Odufuwa and Tremial but that just was not the case. For the last half of the year he was playing behind not only them but Spencer and often Shorter. If he had been the third option in the front-court he could have got nearly starter minutes.

I am concerned about Edwards only averaging 6 points and fewer rebounds at Lon Morris and do not tell me it is because Lon Morris runs a guard orientated offense. Their leading scorer was a 6' 7 forward and LM being about a .500 club, I don't think it was a team with a lot of talent. There has to be more to the Edward's story. I can't see JJ using what was his only ship on a project. Anyway I don't see Edwards being the favorite to start. Out of all the big men, Holmen seems to have by far the most potential. Hogans and Spencer are better defenders but are limited offensively.

Williams has great quickness and I think his position is really at the wing. I don't see him as more than a back up at the point. I think his scoring will continue to improve and he could become a big threat from the three but with the athleticism to get to the basket.
